Working Principle
Pre-cleaned compressed air from the particulate filter flows outside-in through multi-layer hydrophobic borosilicate glass fiber media. Coarse solid particles above 1μm are trapped and stored inside fiber layers; micro oil and water aerosols collide and agglomerate into large liquid droplets. The outer red foam sleeve blocks droplets from being re-carried into airflow, and all condensed liquid flows down to the filter bowl drain port by gravity. Dry low-oil compressed air is delivered to subsequent high-efficiency coalescing or activated carbon filter for terminal purification.
